Looks like it may be a new crowd control vehicle for the Kremlin......

Or it is an export version of a British urban assualt vehicle...... The two air horns on the picture and the LARGE headlights make this vehicle an "urban terrain" only vehicle......

Can't be urban... there are no turn-indicator lights.

If you notice on the back of the vehicle, there is a round, cylindrical item at the top of the engine cover.

Turn indicators were only needed on the back of this type of vehicle......

The MGs would fire forward to indicate which way the vehicle would turn.......

Need to borrow my reading glasses. Thye've been updated to 250 range (400 is the max/blind-person level).
