what happened? Did it come out?Yes and yes. Let's get this on PO ASAP. I'll buy 10 copies if it comes out by the end of next year.

NO it is like everything from MMP it takes TIME, LOTS of TIME. do not expect to see this for several more years at least.what happened? Did it come out?
I wouldnt get too worked up about it yet. VotG is 1.8 years past the mirage of pre-order and likely (sadly) well beyond the horizon, one can only guess at when SaP will come out...like 2010...in the month with 5 mondays.
How many months end with Monday?Boy, were you off
How about the year 2019 in the month with four Tuesdays?
In 2010 there were 4 months with 5 Mondays: march, may, august, november, and May ended on monday the 31st.How many months end with Monday?
ok, no need to be so abrupt. I was only asking...capitals are shouting. NO is rude. Try using a comma and drop the capitals then we will be coolNO it is like everything from MMP it takes TIME, LOTS of TIME. do not expect to see this for several more years at least.
Do not fear my son, I, the mesiah will talk in kind to the cowled monks of MMP.Good to see the interest in SaP. Some comments.
Due to the size of the CG, many existing counter types are required which exceed the standard number from BV. This will be a challenge - to include many more standard unit counters. Not that many new counter types will be required however.
The team that has been involved includes the best in the business - Pete, Chas, and some of the most solid CG playtesters in the ASL world who live in SoCal (Jim Aikens, Eric Morton, Fred Timm) have been hammering and fine-tuning away at this for years. The scenarios are intense tournament sized battles over a wide variety of terrain type. Once it's published, it will be an instant classic.
The idea was to find a battle at Kursk that could present in a microcosm the larger battle for Kursk; the irresistable force up against a deep and fluid defensive belt. In the CG, each side gets to command a very large combined arms force, covering a large piece of terrain, both rural and strung-out urban.
If your dream is to push a lot of panzers and infantry across vast grainfield, or to set up a deep defensive belt with mobile reserves - then this is your game. It's BRT and RB combined, but with some interesting surprises which keep the game highly fluid.
We can only hope MMP can put it out there within a reasonable time period. Stay tuned.
Don
All these old threads you keep on dragging up, if modules or packs had been released they would be listed on the relavent website of that company as either available or oop, simple really, some stuff took 10 years plus to see print.ok, no need to be so abrupt. I agree with you spencer , I would love to see Ortona, Manila or the likes released, maybe it is because the older players are used to waiting on things and realise that mmp does not have a huge staff to get it all done. We all know they are in the pipeline and will be released as and when they are ready. As much as I object to necro-posting, I would love it if this* climbed up the official priority queue. A much more interesting, worthy and novel HASL for resources to go against than more Stalingrad or Normandy.

Ok, here is a thought, instead of necro posting as others have put it, why not start your own thread about what interests you? That's what most others do. J10 gives a breakdown of the next lot of releases over the next year + oh and just a reminder I never lower myself to name calling!I see that the necro posting is not liked. Most of the time when something picques my interest and I go and ask a question there is a big crowd of people there (after Ive been moaned at) talking about it. Even Perry was on one because its interesting. I mean its hard not to laugh...Its not really necro posting; more resurrect posting. Some of these issues that are in the past are still connected to the present.
I read my Journal 9 (and that is a recent one). An advert is made about something that I have a huge amount of interest in. I find there has been discussion about this for years and the post have flared up and died down not just once.
I dont see whats wrong with it...is there a time limit that we can resurrect a thread? Must we totally forget about the past?
you dont? you should try it some day - its much better than bolshy capitals...you are forgiven now so dont worry.Ok, here is a thought, instead of necro posting as others have put it, why not start your own thread about what interests you? The problem with resurecting old threads is that most of us won't go back and read 19 pages of years old comments just to understand what you are responding to. Yes, I know I'm here having read your threads, but I'm only reading the new ones you and Olli are writing. In most of these no one else is responding. I agree with Olli that you'd get a better response starting a new thread as I think most of us are very willing to read and respond to something new (even if about an older topic) than will read thru dozens of old posts to figure out what your point is. Don't care either way I suppose, maybe try an experiment and start a new post with the same old topic and see how it goes.you dont? you should try it some day - its much better than bolshy capitals...you are forgiven now so dont worry.
If I start my own thread it is starting something from scratch with all the past references that people have gone to the trouble of writing wiped off. It takes up even more space. All this over a few pixles...
thank you for your comments. I will consider your proposal. The problem with resurecting old threads is that most of us won't go back and read 19 pages of years old comments just to understand what you are responding to. It's not really a proposal. It's basic netiquette. Even if there's a case for your POV (and there may be), it's simply not how it's done...to the point it's somewhat rude.thank you for your comments. I will consider your proposal.
I don't know - a lot of places I frequent (not as much on GS) posters get yelled at for posting a new thread instead of using the existing thread on the topic. I think one could argue that Necro Posting an old on topic thread is generally preferred on Al Gore's Internet vs. starting up a new topic for the 17th time on an old subject. It's not really a proposal. Maybe we should start a poll on that. Everyone seems to like polls here on GameSquad .:devious:Etiquette at GS seems a little different though, so perhaps one could argue in this forum a new thread is preferred. 'Course one would have to have been here long enough to grasp that nuance.
