What is the round stone building in hex L14/M15 on Board 2a?

Sorry folks .. this is driving me nuts. I searched two days ago and seemed to have found a thread where Fort explained that it's not a silo or a tower but a round two storey building. However for the life of me I can't find it for my opponent anymore.

Can someone please confirm that for me? Or Fort, if you are round please.
