Not sure if the order was lost or was lost in the mail.

I don't care too much about the money, so if your records show it was mailed, I'll just assume it was lost in the mail and I'll buy a new one.

You are obviously not a real ASL player. If you were, you'd insist that HoB reprint all their maps using paper 1/10,000 of an inch thicker paper. Then you'd want the thing delivered for free.
