I'm assuming this is British Vehicle note 13. Sherman III (a). I don't see 'ed' on this counter. What you posted looks like a VASL counter. I don't VASL so I have no idea if there is an error in the VASL counter mix. I've posted the complete note below for your reference.

It means, "where did you find that counter?" I don't see any Shermans, British-colored or otherwise, that have 14 MP and circle-eleven armor in either VASL or in Chapter H. Also you might do us a favor by enlarging the image in vasl before you take the picture.

I don't see a British version in the standard counters, even in vasl-6.4.0. The counter is listed in the Soviet OB in chapter H but not in the British. Is it from some extension?

No Sherman counters in CoS. I suppose it could be this one from Russian OB:
but still no 'erectile dysfunction' note. Hard to tell from OPs screenshot.

Not that I can see. It was added to the Soviet OB in Hakkaa Päälle.
Is it possible for you to enlarge the image in vasl then take your snapshot?

Is this from British or Russian VASL OB? Various depletion #s match Russian LL version.
