did not receive an email. I know my opponent.
Did you check your spam filter?
I know spam filters are suspicious of me because I send a lot of emails at once, all with cryptic links in it. If you can, whitelist me and also tell your email provider to whitelist me.

Thank you. I will change a few things that might have caused the problem and will resend the emails. It might take a few days until I get to it.

David Goldman is a thoroughly enjoyable opponent who deserved a better fate. His late-war SS failed to take enough buildings away from my Russians in DB185 Pipkorn's Attempt. (It's been entered at vasleague.de)

Good luck next round!

Jeff Wasserman and I just finished playing SM3: The Roadblock. The americans set up completely HIP and he walked into nearly every trap I set, and all but one ended with german woe. Especially problematic was that the germans suffer from limited mobility dr+1+CVP = MMP that are permitted to move without a leader and my traps killed or wounded his leaders with great effectiveness, really slowing him down.
I was a bit desperate though on turn 5 when I got some reinforcements and rushed them too far forward. A 1,1 from a 4+2 shot sent several reeling and his following move was quite strong at my main point of resistance. But then I countered with a critical hit to burn a StuG and he felt that the cause was lost. Getting the EVP necessary was pretty much so with too many squads left in the backfield and one remaining StuG with little opportunity. It was a fun scenario, and a good bocage introduction for those looking to give it a try. Jeff was nothing but fun as an opponent!

In an extremely tight game of AP194 Not Fade Away, Chuck’s attacking Americans were unable to overcome the burden of 6 morale and fell just short. Chuck is a very good player and was a gentleman through some very dicey dice.

There are still a few results missing. Lucky for the stragglers, I'm really busy at work at the moment. So you can still report round 3 results until Sunday, 11th August. Expect round 4 to start a week or two after that.
