39 Final
3 near Final or least relatively close.
5 testing. Couple are smaller, couple are large.

And I made my absolute final, no take backs decision, not adding anymore scenarios. And I really mean it this time!!!!

Prime numbers are very cool, but they are also erratic. Round numbers are cool as well, but they also fall nicely into boxes. Boxes are extra cool.

I know, I know... a SASL scenario. Bd 11a, Ground Snow in effect. Every hex has a Suspect ? counter. Russians enter on south edge, 26x 4-4-7, 3x leaders. Each MF expended by a MMC generates a Sniper. Russians win if a GO MMC is able to exit north edge.

That would be the most stereotypical ASL scenario ever designed.

8 scenarios remaining.
4 are near final.
4 somewhere between testing and near final.
Still a ton of work on rules, play aids, articles, etc to get them publication ready, but we are steadily progressing.

Making a ton of progress, with great input coming in. I am really getting pumped how everything is coming together. Shout out to The Tuomo (handle: asloser) as he has provided some great insight on a couple of things and translations. Huge help to me.

My previous comments reference 3 months might have been too aggressive.
I still see piles of work in front of me to complete this to the standard we want.
I can say there will be some interesting and surprising historical information along with the boards, scenarios, articles, etc.

Adjusting some stuff. Will be 44 scenarios.
I am estimating roughly 3 months of work to get everything complete, edited, etc.
Just depends on any issues that arise.

Started 15 years ago, stopped. Started again 5 years ago, stopped. Now we are working hard on this. Please contact me if you are interested in playtesting. Mix of Mannerheim Line fortified scenarios, mobile actions, etc.

Thanks much,
Chas
Hi Chas,
Next year, I am considering having different nationalities featured in each round of the Bitter Ender Grofaz and mini tournaments. One round and mii would focus on the Finns. Would you have anything ready from your Mannerheim project for Bitter Ender 2025? I am just looking ahead.

Take your time, The Finn project will probably be my only ASL purchase this year, everything else just does not interest me.

Yessir! Plenty of good tournament scenarios.

Finally completed scrub of Russian Chapter H.
Only final editing will remain on this part of MC.
Some stuff in the Chapter H may be surprising.
