TotR SR 3.3 "Crews: The cost of each crew-served SW and Gun includes an infantry crew." What are the crew-served SWs? I cannot find the definition in the ASLRB.

It is the specific rules for the SW. Basically those that need a crew to fire them to avoid Non-Qualified Use.

So, MMGs and HMGs are not crew SWs, correct? This by the TotR SR 3.3 when you purchase a MMG/HMG you do not get an infantry crew, correct?

What are the specific 1/2 in counter SWs that are crew-served?

You may have to look at the rules for each individual type of SW. For instance, MOL-P in C13.51.

Yeah, MOL-P's for sure.

1/2-inch counters requiring a crew. Let's see...

These for starters: Denoted by the *crew I'm sure there are a bit more. I would think TotR has the American RCL Rifles in mind for this SR28206
28207 28210
28208 28211
28209

So it is indicated on the reverse side of the counter. Thanks.
Not always. But mostly. For example, the MOL-P does not have that information noted on the counter. You have to read the rules per weapon, as Romanowski pointed out.

Where does this 50mm, crew-served French mortar come from? The standard OB has a 60mm, HS-served French light mortar...

Duh! I checked VASL, but not the Free French or Vichy French tabs before posting.

Thanks!

Interesting article, but you can use a crew counter instead of a half/full squad for any support weapon. Just need to have to have a crew in OB. With a DYO you could purchase one or two I suppose.
And of course they can self rally.
