dropping or repairing an SW is an EXCeption on the ?-loss Chart part C, but recovery is one of those 'any other actions' that'll remove your hide-behind, regardless of whether or not you have positive TEM. A-and if all you've got is HA, you might as well be nekkid anyhow.
