Hi
can infantry fire to a partial armored vehicle ( as a vehicle unarmored along the hull, but armored in turret) using IFP? if yes, always score a hit or the DR show the hull/turret aspect as in VTT TH?
Thank Fabio.

Which vehicle is that? The notes may have the answer.

IFT fire does not bother about "hitting" the hull or turret/upper-superstructure. So vs IFT it's treated as unarmored if the LOS is through a facing that is unarmored - be it both hull/turret, or just one of them.

Note that results on the IFT don't just model bullets striking flesh, but also the suppressive effect of small arms fire.
