Getting ready to play Carl Nogueira in Surabaya Slugfest on VASL. A question on the Indo THH: the nationality chart states they can use them like the 1945 Japanese per G1.421, but this rule citation only says they can use them, not they can HIP them like the Japanese at start up. Referencing G1.421 only would make it seem no, but that might not have been the intent. So, can they be HIP ala G1.422? Just want to be sure. Thanks, guys!

The Indonesian THHs have all of the same characteristics of their Japanese brethern, including HIP at startup. Have fun with that scenario.
