In this situation a AFV has moved into factory and bogged, a terrible shame.

Due to the fact that the AFV is bogged thus not moving (stopped) what are its DRM other than a -1acq and +1 for BU ?

Its TH# under IF was a 3.

Thanks

You wrote "+1 for BU" so it must be the tank firing in the AFPh. First, a vehicle loses its acquisition when it leaves its present Location (C6.5, unless gyrostabilized). Second, like any vehicle which moved to a new hex, Case C applies. Third, you mentioned "IF"; C5.6 says Intensive Fire cannot be used during the AFPh. Fourth, Target Based DRMs apply as normal, and finally, there might be more Firer Based DRMs (e.g., Armor Leader).

Must assume the shot is in advancing fire phase, let’s see +4 entered a new hex, +1 BU, +2 factory hindrance, +1 factory TEM, +1 small sized target, total +9 so hits and leaves a aqui on snake-eyes with subsequent dr for improbable hit.

OK so a gun can intensive fire but a an AFV gun cannot in the AFPh . Mmmmm - that's a catch!☝

As Klas wrote, because C5.6 says "Intensive Fire cannot be used during the AFPh except by an Opportunity Firer." and only Inf/Cav can be marked OppFire (A7.25).
