I see that lots of people have already gotten their DBs...I preordered in April, but on MMP's site my order is still listed as "Hold for Preorder", and I haven't gotten any shipping notices, etc, from MMP.

Is this normal, or should I follow up with MMP? I'm not in any real hurry but want to make sure my order hasn't fallen through a crack.

Click on the View box on your order. If there is an issue, it usually appears in the Status History & Comments section.

It also helps to know about what number your order was. The "Hold for Preorder" is standard until it changes to "Processing", followed by "Shipped". If it gets stuck in Processing status for more than a couple of days, that might require a quick question to MMP.

So after checking, I see that MMP does not have any credit card at all on file for me, which is strange, since I've successfully pre-ordered several things from them in the past.

And when I went to add a credit card, their website said that my CC expiration date (several years in the future) was "in the past".

Not confidence-inspiring, I guess I will have to contact customer support.

Order numbers in April were about 500 depending on the date.
It appears that MMP can ship about 50 per calendar day.
They started shipping on 9/3/24.
My guess is that your order will ship on or about the 13th providing that your credit card is OK.

Yeah, I don't really care when I get it, as long as I get it.

At this point I'm more worried about why my CC info disappeared from their site (after they charged me for another preorder at the end of July) and the weirdness with adding a new CC. Now they've apparently charged me, although their site didn't seem to accept my new card. Not sure what is going on.

Hi My 2 cents

For the first time in 10 years I ordered direct from MMP - not doomed battalions but the two "play mats" that relate to ASL and since I was paying 90 dollars postage I added AP19 and Operations Mag 12 - as opposed to my usual annual order from Gamer's armoury which allows me to get more than MMP like BFP, Rally point and LC products - I will catch up after the WO 2025 when that pack is availble and will get Doomed then but I was not sure that Scotts buisness was going to stock the playmats and I really do think they are a very nice product!

Well - I ordered 31 August and on 12th September it was at the Post Office in Geelong Melbourne - Thats fast! and they did it while they were doing all these Doomed shipping so they must have separate systems for these things

Thats very efficient! 👏 so they have a great team and much appreciated

Cheers

Rob

anyone have a guesstimate as to what number they are on for the DB shipments? I was number 851. Just trying to gauge where I stand.

The Website shows 448 Preorders left. As there was approx. 1100 preorders, you should be about 249.
