Dien Bien Phu extension for VASL available for D/L.

Folks, thanks to the efforts of CountermanCX, there is an extension for Dien Bien Phu, with all maps and counters available for download at http://forums.gamesquad.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1398
I uploaded it as a zip file, hopefully this will cause no issues. Any questions or problems with the extension, please PM myself or CountermanCX and we will be happy to assist.
