Defensive fire modifiers while in motion

Regarding the above - in a recent game , my PzA II ( yes that PzA II ), in motion, took a shot at an infantry stack 4 hexes away in open ground during the Defensive Fire Phase.

My regular oppo and I couldn't find any applicable modifiers , other than FFNAM & FFMO and doubling the lower TH DR, all of which we applied.

Did we miss something?

C4 Firing Motion/Non-Stopped Firer [Stabilized weapon C/C1/C2+1] [Other: C/C1/C2 & lower dr ×2]
FFNAM/FFMO doesn't apply during the DFPh - as the infantry cannot be moving.
Case C is Case B +2 to which you add NT +3 = +5.
So +5 DRM and double lower dr.
The thing you will most certainly miss will be your target.
