AP60 Question - Is there an extra AT-Ditch in counter form?

Just checking:

Is the AT - Ditch in the OB a reminder of the gully being an AT - Ditch (by SSR) or do you actually get one extra counter?

I'm fairly sure this is an "extra" or additional AT ditch.

Why would it be anything else?

It's SSr 4 that males me wonder - It talks about 'the' AT - Ditch, which reads as if there is just the one based on the gully depiction.
