Need help!

Which counter looks more French? The lighter or the darker?

I have a few models that I wish to use to make similar trophies. Could you DM your method to produce the base?
Thanks.

I don´t know how to do it. I found Joel in Discord and he do it for me. Without him I couldn´t do it.
I think that once you have the files, its not difficult to change them. I have files for a KV2 on German service, Tiger I, Char 1 bis, and Panzer IV.... The counter is 20cm x 20 cm (so not suitable for 1/35th models I guess...)

Maybe... I asked to the stationery man that printed the counter to fix it, and I think it was worse... But looked almost the same as last year trophy so I took the darker: totally different to the German color.

Good luck gentlemen! It has been a long time since I was in Denmark. I will be thinking of you while in California at the West Coast Melee where the weather might be a little better. My first S.O. was memorable for a walk back to the hotel in what I would call a snow storm, but you Scandinavians would call it a light dusting. 🌨☃

Scandinavian Open 2024 has been completed

A couple of hours ago the 2024 Edition of Scandinavian Open was completed. Another enjoyable event held is a positive atmosphere and with plenty of great gaming. Once again we could crown a FIRST TIME ASO WINNER – SVANTE SANDBLOM.

Svante played against Arnaud Sanchis in the final in an exciting game of “Shoot or Shovel”. Arnaud’s attacking Japanese forces had a lot of early success with WP, DC Heroes and banzai charges … and quickly made a lot of headway across the kunai and towards the victory area. Feeling the desperation to maintain control of their defensive lines the Marines were pressed into frequent desperate measures fending off the aggressively pressing Japanese hordes. The sense of fearless aggression from the Japanese vs. the skilled yet effective desperation of the Marines was palpable.

At the end game the Japanese once more roared forward to try and create a hole in the Marines “wall of flesh” standing in front of the final Victory area. A deftly thought out plan executed well still faltered at the hands of accurate shooting and an accurate sniper activation eliminated the threat finally – and with that Svante could reach for a sky and yell out in excitement over the Tournament Victory.
