Just keep in mind that if this was to happen you would have a bunch more "stuff" to store. We're already up to 92 regular maps, starter kit maps, Fort boards, deluxe boards, HASL map sheets, third party boards (e.g., BFP has a boatload of these)... This wouldn't fit well with the Swedish Death Cleaning objective.

Honestly, After all of that...You'll lose your 92 Winter Boards in the pile of ASL....
They don't take up hardly ANY space.

Another idea (for ftf play). Though might not be acceptable to everyone. A thick plexiglass or acrylic cover sheet over the existing maps/overlays. This is tinted in off white (or specks of white, or whatever other idea proves interesting) for snow effects. Another version is tinted in a red and/or brown to represent the presence of mud conditions.
