So, basically all of chapter E.

Chapter E was originally released not quite finished as I recall. The first edition night section was pretty bad, with some fairly important "rules" buried in the footnotes. Second edition cleaned that section up a bit, but night still has a fair number of rules that are difficult. Aircraft rules have a few holes, but really much of chapter E is no worse than the rest of the ASLRB.

Nice Link. I did not realize that there was an update to this flowchart. I only knew an old, much less appealing version of it.

If the SW has not fired yet, but its possessing squad did, it may still be fired without the range restrictions of SFF - since the SW would still be using First Fire. The range limit applies to SFF, not D1F.

Of course, if the possessing unit was a HS that has already First Fired its IFP, it could only use its MG as SFF.
