Thanks for the link. Due to the flare-up in N./S. Korea I had the urge to get back into a tactical airgame (and have broken out my Air Superiority game that I havenpt played in ages.

I read the review of Down in Flames, and I see it is "card based." Not sure I would like a card based game... it would seem a pilot should not be randomly limited to flying a plane by what a card allows.

In any case, the review of the rules in that link made it sound like this game was somewhat of a mess unfortunately.
