Revetment VASL counters for Prokhorovka

I noticed that Advancing Fire has posted map S from the Prokhorovka historical pack in the support section of their website Many thanks for that.
Does anyone know where I can get revetment counters for VASL?

they are available in one of the existing extensions, but the TEM mods aren't the same as the AF revetments. I have them in a Ponyri ext. that includes improved revetments and blockhouses, I think from CH? Not sure.
