I am pleased to announce the release of New England Volunteers (NEV)
Play Pack 2© which is now available for purchase.
Details on the scenario pack and purchase information below.

Pack Details: (5 ASLSK Scenarios)
The Starter Kit HASL Decision at Elst© from MMP is all that is required to play the five scenarios in NEV Play Pack 2© listed below:
NEV6 Duriez Farm British vs. Germans, France 1940
NEV7 Taking the Fight to the Germans, British vs. Germans, France 1940
NEV8 Close Quarters, British vs. Germans, Belgium 1940
NEV9 Holy Boys, British vs. Germans, France 1940

Wondering about NEV9 Close Quarters, Russians vs. British vs. Germans, France 1940 There were Russian troops in France in 1940? And another question about the Pack, do the scenarios only feature leaders, squads, and SW?

Just put in an order for Pack 2, interesting that it has a Le Cornet Malo scenario
that's one of the actions that I submitted to MMP (fingers crossed) in a bunch of scenarios a while back
so I'll be interested to see how you play it out

My copy arrived this week. It looks excellent. Great mix of actions. I love how you reused the map for 1940. Looking forward to getting these played. Thx for the great scenarios

In "Le Cornet Malo", may the Germans use any captured British MTR SW (i.e. not only the ones they started with) without Captured Weapon penalties? For "Close Quarters", the Special rules state, that this applies only to the 2 British MTR in the German OB, that were captured prior to game start.

Yes, Battle Order D states in the last sentence that they may use any British mtr without penalty, my design notes have a section stating the Germans had capture a bunch of britsh mtr ammo, so thus the rule, thanks!

Would have loved design notes as part of the Play Pack. One minor point, for future printings you might want to align the treatment of British MTR SW between NEV08 and NEV10, it is weird, that the rules are slightly different for the same thing (i.e. the handling of any MTRs originally British captured by the German during the game - penalty in NEV08, no penalty in NEV10).

Maybe down the road a more fleshed out designer notes can be published..

It is scenario specific, but I see your point.. NEV 10 is a two page scenario, maybe a quick note on this would have been good..
Will literally make a note on this for future designs.. :)
