German OB for WO10 All Along The Merderet

Quick question.

In this scenario, the German OB is purchased from a Purchase Table. But, there is a counter depicted in the scenario card of a Renault Armored vehicle. Do you think it is included in the German OB besides the German purchases? It doesn't make much sense.

It was included in Paratrooper and now is in Beyond Valor : it is a German coloured Renault tank - many French tanks were used by Germans, including Normandy.
Note the "(f)" mention after the name, which proves that it is the German counter, indicating the origin of the tank.
So it makes full sense.

Also note in the Vehicles/Guns Purchases the German player can purchase another Pz 35R 731(f) as well a possibly a Pz 38H 735(f). Yes, I believe it is the one vehicle/unit initially included in the German OB in addition to their purchases.
