That is Pz P26/40, an Italian medium tank used by Germans. These came in Beyond Valor. Although it is printed in Black on the scenario card the black SS vehicles supplied in Bridge too Far did not have the 'officially black' counter for this vehicle.

They're not in my version of BV (still using 1st edition ) and I can't find them in VASL.
