Electronic manual

I was reading the 10 tips article for TAOW and it mentions
there being a electronic version of the manual with the 1.04 patch. I have 1.04 installed, but I can't seem to find the manual.
I have the print manual, but it would be nice to have an searchable one too.

I believe that if you rename Opart CW Help.chm to Opart CW.chm it will then show up if you call help from WITHIN the game. Otherwise leaving as this file name means you need to open standalone externally.

so they are just talking about the help file? Usually when somebody says an electronic version of a manual they are talking
about exactly that not a help file, and it is usually a .doc or .pdf.

The chm file IS the electronic version of the manual they are referring too. Sorry if this disappoints.

FWIW I think it's a far better way to search for or get information on the system than the printed manual, though both could use improvement.
