Edson's Ridge CG (Operation Watchtower) rule ER6 question

Hi Folks,

Question on the language/wording of this rule:

ER6 ENTRENCHMENTS:
All Marine Entrenching Attempts suffer a +1 DRM. Marine Infantry will rout towards a Trench as if woods. Marine Infantry receive a -1 DRM to all Rally attempts in a Foxhole as if in woods. Units moving in a Trench lose concealment as if moving in woods instead.

The bold/italic Foxhole is where my question lies.

I also looked at Footnote #2 and the last sentence is relevant here: "...let to the rout bonus provided to Trenches and the Rally bonus provided to Foxholes."

Question: Do Marine Infantry in a Trench get the -1 DRM to Rally attempts?

B27.5 implies that the answer is "Yes" but looking for clarification.

IIRC, the basic rules say it's a - 1 in a trench. A10.61.
