The situation is:

An enemy AFV is in stationary Bypass of my building hex during my Prep Fire Phase. My squad uses his SW to kill the AFV and does not cower.
The crew survives the CS roll, so they are allowed into my hex, similar to unit bailing out while in BP.

Can the squad who killed the AFV now fire inherent at the crew?

(It seemed wrong somehow, but now I think it is legal after I typed the question out.)

Thanks for looking.

The Crew are subject to Hazardous Movement for the rest of the phase (D5.6), but normal TEM does apply.

Also, the Crew would not receive AFV TEM if attacked from the same hex (D9.3).
