Greetings Men!

The 2006 Winnipeg Winter RV is tentatively slated for 04-05 February 2006.

The event is in Winnipeg, Manitoba and we are looking to have our fun at the Viscount Gort Hotel. Those who are familiar with the CASLO will know the Gort.

There will be 3-4 rounds of ASL runnin' an' gunnin' and a weekend of good fun.

By the way, can you say -30 with a 40km/h Wind Chill?

G-G-G-G-Good, ah' knew ya' could ... :)

More information to follow and please contact me if you have any questions.

Gentlemen,

The Winter RV is confirmed for the weekend of 04 - 05 February 2006 at the Viscount Gort Hotel in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Registration if free and there will be 3-4 rounds of ASL action.

The scenario list will be released soon and I believe that a provision is being made for allowing AoO scenarios to be played it that holy grail of ASL modules is released and is available in time for the RV but after the RV scenario list is released.

And don't worry about the weather. Early February in Winnipeg is alot like early February in Cancun ... except that you should put a "minus" sign in front of the temperatures and the water on lake Winnipeg is a lot harder than the water of the Carribean.

:)

I'm afraid I personally won't be making the trip to Illinois John.

However, other Canuckle-heads who live in closer proximity to Champaign may. That would be the guys in Southern Ontario.

Have any of the players in your area ever made it up to Ontario for an ASL event?
