SSR 2 of SG1, "Abrams' Charge", says, "the American player places AR counters on any two hexes within 8 hexes of the south map edge." Should the first on-map hex count as zero or one? Put another way, all the board edge hexes are row 18. Can the ARs be put in row 10 hexes, or are row 11 hexes...

So if there are two OBA modules in this scenario.. Then were are the radios?
