Howdy- A MOL P fires at an HD AFV it does get a hit but it is against the HD part of the tank, does the smoke still get placed on the tank since it did hit but was against the HD portion of the tank or is it a miss?

howdy, in the pic posted, the SS unit fires at the 458 squad across 4 Marsh hexes, does the SS unit suffer a +4? Or is the Marsh at negative level 1 IE matching the base of the stream and it is 0 mods? thanks
