    Hi, Dave. Snipers exist normally, except for 1-2 scenarios that we deliberately assigned a SAN = 0. All others have a normal SAN value of 2-4 (or so).
    The SAN purchase on the SMFP is to increase the SAN by one.
    ELR values are listed on the Orders of Battle
    for each side.
