Well it's two words but there you are. It was either that or fleet. Captain Bacchus wanted Fleet but there were too many definitions so Brigadier Bacardi and I outvoted him. It was our own Morton's fork.

This sounds to me like a great name for a scenario!
Major Morton is leading a column and comes to a fork in the road. The right fork is through a long stretch of woods. The left one is through a canyon with steep walls on either side. Either choice is ripe for an ambush. Which one to take? 🤔

If Maj. Morton is American, he'll call in 3 modules of 150+ OBA on his chosen route, wait for it to be reduced to rubble or wood sticks, then saunter through, all the while with 3 FB with rockets/bombs circling overhead.

Easy peasy.

Fish's best neologism was definitely jick . It so encapsulates what he meant to say and as it's meaning expanded became even more appropriate.

We were playing one Sunday afternoon and I either rolled some hot dice or screwed him in some other way. The details are hazy and irrelevant. He goes to call me a jackass dick and it came out as jick! I immediately knew what he meant to say and started to LMFAO! Literally rolling on the floor laughing since we almost always played sitting on the floor. ( sitting cross legged on the floor. 25 or 6 to 4 ) He started laughing his ass off and jick entered our lexicon from that moment.
It is such a handy word. So flexible. Noun. Verb. Adjective. Not so much an adverb but I'll work on it.

I became Jick, Actionjick, Bobbyjick and f@#$ing jick. The latter used quite frequently, for some reason.
The uses of jick went beyond gamespeak and entered the real world. Actiondebbie still uses it and I introduce it to co-workers also. Truly a great neologism and one of Fish's many contributions to ASL.
