Singling between scenario questions

I just want to confirm that in the end scenario, and prep for next scenario processes, there are no provisions to repair Immobilized vehicles and nor can you replenish Special Ammunition like SMOKE or APCR, etc.

What happens to a tank crew that abandoned is tank and ends the scenario underneath the tank. Can it reenter the tank prior to the next scenario or will it have to wait until the next scenario begins and its first MPh to do so?

As far as I know, it's only by scenario special rules to replace special ammo. Crew should be able to recrew their tank.
