SSR #2 states:
"All water obstacles are considered flooded (B16.6 & B20.4)."
OK, but, there is only the one water obstacle (Pond) on board 13. There is no river, canal, or lake/ocean. So I am not sure why they reference B16.6/B20.4 (both these rules refer to the effects of flooded streams). A stream is not a water obstacle therefore this SSR has no effect on the stream...the stream is not flooded.
I assume that the designers meant for the stream to be flooded. However, currently, as written, it is not. I checked the MMP website but didn't find any errata for this scenario.
Is there a rule somewhere that says flooded water obstacles also mean flooded streams?
How should this be played...how have others played it (i.e., flooded stream)?
