S76 A less peaceful christmas VP question

In this SK scenario, VP for control of buildings are awarded at the end of each Game Turn. Do the Japanese get any VP for building control at the end of the 6th Japanese player turn (end of game)? I think yes but as the game turn is not complete (no filipino player turn) I may be wrong. A3 states that a game turn consists of two player turns.

Sometimes a scenario will end with no second player final turn. There are several examples in the regular ASL scenario lists.

I think both sides gain VP in the 6th game turn. In 3.9 of the SK rules there is "If a Turn Box is halved diagonally and printed in red, it indicates that only the first side to move has a Player Turn that final game turn." That states it is a game turn with only one Player Turn.
