Question: « According to SSR5 in scenario S74, a player has to draw one counter from a cup containing 3 PIN counters, 2 DM counters and 6 six other counters without effect, for each Japanese stack with one or more MMC. As the probabilty to draw a given counter is not equal between the first and the last stack, the choice of the first stack is important. Which side designates the stacks? I assume it is the attacking player, hence the Chinese side who chooses the order of the Japanese stacks for which a counter is drawn. Am I correct ? »
