Module editor window not showing up

Recently, when I try to edit a module I'm working on the module editor window does not appear. Any pointers on how to debug what's going on?

This may not be happening to you, but on my Windows machine, the editor window often is placed offscreen. If I alt-tab through the available windows I can get to it, but it's not visible on screen. I can then move it onto the screen by hitting the arrow keys til it happens to come into view. Usually the up key does the trick, IIRC.

Tom, thanks. That was it. I could have sworn that I wasn't seeing it in the alt-tab list, but I can only blame advancing age.
