I do, however REALLY appreciate MMP's responses on this and the other forums.

It's a niche business, and I've got to hand it to them for trying very hard to make it work.

Hats off to Keith, Brian, and the whole team at MMP for their herculean efforts.

You've got to admit, they're playing to a tough crowd.

Called MMP today, only the CC orders have been processed, they have yet to start the mail-in orders. Should get my copy on Monday or Tuesday next week.

No problem Keith, not your fault. I do think that MMP should have given you the shipping schedule so that you could keep everyone up to date.

They probably have and I missed it or forgot it. My personal life has been hectic lately. Not an excuse for missing that piece of information, though.
