FYI re eASLRB_v2.01.pdf
Maybe these have been pointed out already but I notice that
on eASLRB p iv Chap B TOC stops at section 34 whereas on p B1 it (correctly) stops at section 36.
There's a similar discrepancy re chap D p v stopping at section16 vs chap D p D1 (correctly) stopping at section 17
Re chap W p viii all sections are present but errant section numbering there skips from 5 to 9 across the column gully
