One of the "Historical Rules" for The Fangs of Transylvania is as follows:

"The Romanians may set up with vehicles in motion but guns must always be in tow."

May the Romanian player unhook a gun from the towing vehicle?

From (slightly fuzzy) memory that only applies to entry/setup. The guns may be unhooked and used. Think of it as the equivalent of infantry forced to enter as PRC.

HSR 2:
Delete “but guns must always be in tow” replace with “and guns must set up in tow.”
