…Change penalty as the first weapon which fired. If, after firing, another turret-mounted weapon (or the MA which has retained a Multiple ROF) wishes to fire at another target outside the current TCA, the Case A TH DRM would be applicable based only on the move from the current TCA to the new TCA (C5.12) but only if the preceding shot(s) were taken at a Known enemy unit;
This KNOWN status os considered ay the time of the first shot, or when taken the second one?
I mean, if firing to a unknown enemy units the first shot, but because of this shots or another one, it becames KNOWN, are the modifiers of the CA considered if firing again out of the CA?

The wording of the rule would suggest that it is the status of the enemy unit at the time the shot was taken that counts. The AFV doesn’t get to dodge the CA penalty if it gets lucky and reveals an HIP enemy unit after firing at an empty hex.
