Is this correct?

EX: We have an ongoing melee beyond NVR of a bunch of No Move guys. Do they gain freedom of movement because they can see the gun flashes, or not until a starshell illuminates the location/NVR increases?

(Kind of important in Pegasus Bridge with an NVR of zero

A Gunflash alone is not sufficient to grant Freedom of Movement. LOS has to be to a known enemy unit, and a Gunflash does not grant LOS to the unit [E1.8].
