Are the SS 4-3-7 used in Poland in Flames considered Inexperienced/Conscript/Green
There is no notation on the counters.
If they fail their ELR are they disrupted?

See page 4 of the Poland in Flames book. Describes the 447 and 437 SS MMC. "These MMC still have their underlined morale. Remember that only if a special rule dictates an ELR <= 4 does unit replacement come into effect."
