B26.4 says:
To move/rout beneath a Wire counter, each unit must make a dr (
) and expend that number of MF to be placed beneath the Wire counter in the same Location.
and also:
A unit must declare movement with a leader before making its Wire Exit dr if it wishes to use the MF bonus thus derived to get off the Wire.
Let's say I have a leader and two squads on Wire and I want to move them all as one stack. Do I make the Wire roll once, twice, or thrice?

Thrice: each one rolls, as per B26.4 as quoted....nothing about obtaining the leader movement bonus changes that. So all of them can get through the wire, that's the advantage of the bonus. But at the highest MF for them all, although I suppose the stack could split once under the wire.

Gotcha. That's what I kind of thought but somehow I kept overthinking it.

Cheers!
