Gents,

does anybody ever had ANY problems with sending e-mails to your opponents who have AOL accounts?
I don’t know why and how but AOL totally blocked domains where I have my accounts (I’m now maintaining four different e-mail addresses).
All my messages are bouncing back as undelivered...
I decided to wrote to them in my broken english :) but even it was returned as undelivered.

So, does anybody witnessed something similar?
Any idea what could be done??

Years ago (way back in Talonsoft days) I used to have problems with every opponent who had an AOL account. The attachment would not be let through or it was corrupted. It has been eons since I've played with anyone who had an AOL account, but I am surprised the problems persist.

I can't count how many times I've had problems with AOL...they are terrible to deal with! My stance is:

"Friends don't let Friends use AOL!"

What you have to do is get in touch with one of your buddies on AOL and ask them to request that either your account or domain be unblocked. You contacting AOL directly won't work, as they will only deal with their customers on things like this.
