Can an AFV enter a Fortified building, does it ignore the fortification?

Also, is it different in a Fortified Factory hex?

What if it has a friendly entrance?

All building rules apply to fortified buildings except as specified otherwise. Not only can an AFV enter a fortified building but it will breach the hexside it crosses when it does so- B23.711 and B23.9221
