While you may not play a Minstrel Tim “Raskolnikov” Lang, who is the Minstrel developer, appears to be a guy that actually listens to the players and wants real feedback. He sounds like one of the original LotRO developers & a cause for celebration.

Some new Burglar info as well.

Since I have a Burg & Mini I like these changes (if they actually get into the game).

{Edit- Both posted 2/2/11}
Btw- for the life of me I can't find a date for either diary for when these were originally posted but they sound "new" plus the changes mentioned have not gone into effect yet.

On a different topic:
I'm still seeing more players running around than ever before no matter when I am or at what level which means more $$ I hope for the game. I had my 49 RK exploring in Moria & was hoplessly lost (go figure and I have 4 64+ characters that have been thru here already) and two other players ran past me (maybe they were lost as well?) but I followed them back to familiar ground. I was rather startled to see anyone way back in no-where tunnels where I was but showed that there are players everywhere in the game now.
:)

Yeah.

I'm in Moria, too, and for sure the higher level areas are more populated than the doomsayers (like me) predicted. Somebody's playing and they do it in the areas they had to fork over some cash for.

Or maybe leveling is so easy now they did it all in 2 weeks of f2p :)

I'd like some love for my Minstrel. It just feels weird to kill things with music. My guitar playing was never that bad.

Maybe you'll have to go on "voice" one day and play some music for me- if I fail to respond then you know your :violin: can kill too! :laugh:

Just make sure you know how to play Rally! & can resurrect me! :halo:

At first glance it is strange to have a class or character that kills & heals via music. But that way is better than the alternative of having yet another spell caster class just go "Shazam" and it happens. It fits the world.
