We are at mid game.

In past games and in this one to up to now, we played Spreading Fire (25.6) before Blaze creation (25.151).
Shouldn't A.2 be applied here?

What do you think?
Mid way through a game is usually the critical point.
You've played it incorrectly for many games and 1/2 of this one (not sure how, but that's the way it goes)

No reroll...DO it next turn at the earliest.
Unless you've redone other similar concepts and rerolled them. I certainly wouldn't apply the same rolls...that's just silly.
Just reroll.
But again...if you just moved on like other things...keep it consistent. That's the most important thing...KEEP it Consistent. That way you don't have to decide different answers for similar situations.
If you corrected them...then do so here..

Which is not the right order of play.
Not sure that is wrong. ASOP:

5.31B Resolve Blaze Spread (B25.6; B25.651) every Player Turn after initial appearance.

5.32B Resolve Flame to Blaze Spread for each unpinned Flame (B25.15-.151).
5.31 comes first and then blaze creation. Nor can I imagine a circumstance where it matters.

We will roll for flame creation, and we will roll for blaze in each hex. Each DR gets made for the two possible events. A hex with burnable terrain has a flame and is adjacent to a blaze. It will get one roll to get another flame and will get one roll for the existing flame to turn into a blaze. If the spread happened by the blaze did not when each roll was announced, that roll applies to the announced event. I would not reverse the rolls from their stated purpose to apply to a different purpose. Assuming that the rolls were done in the wrong order, I would apply them as announced or reroll all of them. I would not try to parse out the rolls as if they applied to an event that was illegal to one that was legal.
