Don't give up hope Martin. I played this in the VASL league against Martin Vicca. My Brits took out all of his at start force as well (he lost some sleep over that ).

In the end I malfunctioned the 57LL, used up my OBA too soon and he drove off all the tanks and the halftracks loaded up with stuff like the mortar for the win.

So there is hope.........

I watched the denouement of this game. Won’t give away the result but the finish was about as close as it is possible to get. As long as the German player doesn’t fail his personal morale check when his starting force gets smashed to pieces, there is still everything to play for. Kudos to the designers!
