@ Sora: Hmmm... i'll get started on writing a short tut on it, not to hard really... just a few different layers then animate it...

looks brillant to me. you use a tut? if so which one and what program was used?

@ Mark: Yup used a tut, cant remember where from though, i'll look for it ina minute... did it in PS7 & Imageready though...

Edit: Heres the tut= Rain Tutorial as you can see wasnt made by me, I didnt understand some bits so just made it up as I went along, similar effect though...
